BAHAD ZUBU is a mutli-destructional stick & blade based art founded and developed by Grandmaster Epifanio”Yuli” Romo Jr. This is a highly effective Filipino combat art retaining all of the core techniques, strategies, and concepts devised by the late Grandmaster Antonio”Tatang”Ilustrisimo. In contrast to other Filipino Martial Arts, there are no weapon to weapon blocking. Instead, direct, preemptive situational destructions, parries and explosive disarms. Bahad Zubu training includes, but is not limited to the use of the barong, pinuti, kris, tungkod, sungkod, pisaw, solo baston, doble baston, panyo, lubas pangamut, and moro intuitive silat.
