Favorite weapon? hmmm.....I have always been of the mindset that a weapon is a tool to get a job done, of course certain tools fit certain jobs better but we are rarely if ever in possession of the right tool at the right time, hence no favorites. If I had my druthers and if it were a matter of life or death then I would definitely use the weapon escalation scale

1. Firearm
2. Edged
3. Impact
4. Body (empty hand)

Personally I feel one should be highly skilled with all 4 methods and be able to transition smoothly from to the other thus insuring yourself that whatever tool is deployed you will be solid in the usage when the shite splats the fan.

I do have a few personal choices though:
1. 1911 .45 ACP pistol
2. 12 gauge pump action 870
3. Barong, Pinuti, Hatchet/Tomahawk, K-Bar
4. 24"-26" Hickory Baston, Axe Handle, Hickory walking stick

Just a few of my personal favorites that I have...Take care all
