This event will be held tentatively on the 3rd Saturday in April the 21st from 1pm until 4pm. Everyone who would like to attend must confirm by no later than April 15th. curriculum:
1:00 to 1:10-quick introductions and formalities
1:10 to 2:00-fighting/boxing cardio and endurance training drills.
2:00 to 4:00-Bahad Zu'Bu ILustrisimo training-stick & blade combat arts.
Basic trapping, basic footwork, Double sword/stick, sword & dagger, single sword/stick, double dagger, single knife, and empty hand training drills.
4:00 on- respects formalities and private hang out by invite.
What to bring:
jump rope optional
boxing gloves, wraps,focus gloves optional
Sticks/training blades
If you need sticks or training blades I will be bringing training swords & knives for sale. Blaise Loong BoneHead DVD's will also be available at discounted prices for those of you who do not have the complete set.
